Directors
Gregory R. Anderson, Director, has a lifetime of business, corporate finance,
investment, marketing and brokerage experience. He has, since 1997, been
instrumental in funding all aspects of Pacific Booker Minerals Inc.'s growth as
well as handling investor relations.
William G. Deeks, P-Eng. Chem., Director, has 50 years experience in Mining,
covering Marketing, R&D, Environmental Management, Health Safety and Accident
prevention at work sites, approval of exploration budgets and work on project
feasibilities and is on the Governance committee of the Mining Association of
Canada's "Toward Sustainable Mining" initiative in which Booker will
participate. Most recently, he was Chairman of Charles Tennant Canada, a mining
chemicals/collectors producer and Chemicals Distribution company. Mr. Deeks passed away in March 2022.
Victor Eng, Registered Professional Forest Technician, Director, has over 28
years experience in contract implementation. He began his technician experience
with the BC Forest Service in Hazelton, BC and later moved to Vernon to work for
Riverside Forest Products Ltd. (now Tolko Industries). He is currently is
employed as a contract implementation consultant.
John Plourde, Chief Executive Officer, President, Director, has over 30 years of
investor relations experience and has served as a Director of several public
companies. He has been a Director of Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. since December
1999.
Dr. Dennis C. Simmons, DDS, Director, (see bio) has a lifetime of experience in
business, the medical profession and a background in mining.
Erik A. Tornquist, Applied Science Technologist,
Director, has ten years’ experience in the Morrison mine project development and
environmental assessment. Previously, over thirty years’ experience in Natural
Gas Operations, Engineering, International Project Management, Human Resources
and Training. Held various management positions with Terasen Gas and Terasen
International.
William F. Webster, Director, has 40 years experience in financial management,
investment sales and corporate finance.
Officers
Ruth Swan, Chief Financial Officer has over 25 years of bookkeeping
experience, with 20 years in the resource sector. She has operated a bookkeeping
service since 1986 and has provided bookkeeping & financial reporting services
to the Company since 1996.
Consultants
Wardrop Engineering Inc., a Tetra Tech Company, ("Wardrop") to complete the
Feasibility Study. Wardrop is an engineering company with 50 years engineering
experience. The company is comprised of multi-disciplined teams, which includes
senior mining and process engineers, civil/structural engineers and support
technologists with considerable experience in operations and consulting, as well
as developing projects in northern Canada. As an ISO 9001:2000 registered
company, Wardrop has been the recipient of numerous engineering awards, which
demonstrates not only the company's engineering expertise, but also its
attention to customer service and quality.
Klohn Crippen Berger Ltd. (“KCB”) is an international award winning engineering, geoscience and environmental consulting firm with a global influence. KCB
provides a range of services including: Mining, Environmental, Water, Power,
Transportation, and Oil and Gas. KCB have worked on hundreds of mining projects
worldwide, including some of the largest mining projects developed. KCB cover
all aspects of tailings transfer and waste rock from mill to impoundment,
characterization and management of solids and water storage, and water reclaim
or delivery of water to treatment for discharge. The Mining Environmental Group
provides comprehensive services for environmental and engineering management of
mine development projects with a focus on mine waste management and
environmental stewardship.
Kevin A. Morin, Ph.D., P.Geo. - Kevin has over 22 years of experience in the
fields of hydrogeology, geochemistry, environmental impact assessment, and
computer modelling related to mining and industrial activity.
