Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. Announces Litigation Resolved

Vancouver BC, May 30, 2012: The Company is pleased to announce that the litigation between Rescan Environmental Services Ltd and the Company has been resolved and that as a term of the settlement, Rescan’s lien claim has been removed from the Company’s mineral claims.
