Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. Announces Warrants Fully Exercised

Vancouver BC, December 4, 2007: The Company is pleased to announce that all of the warrants with an expiry date of December 2, 2007 have been fully exercised. These warrants were from the private placement announced on October 4, 2005 and amended on November 22, 2005. The total number of warrant shares exercised was 520,450 shares at an exercise price of $4.00 per share for total proceeds of $2,081,800 which will be used for general working capital.
